hump day!!
Today and last night was pretty busy. I read, worked on my friend's gift that I have been meaning to work on the last couple of months. Between getting sick and summer school, time just flew by, but I got it completed and now, I am happy about it because well, at the rate I was going it might have been my friend's going away gift/birthday gift. I really hope my friend likes his gift. Nope.. not going to say what it is because that would be no fun!!! just have to wait and see.
I have also been doing quite a bit of reading for pleasure... well almost.. I found a great book to help me with classroom management and what to do on the first day of school.. The first day of school believe it or not will make or break the whole classroom experience. I am reading a total of three books all at the same time.. the classroom management book, a psychology book based on info about relationships, and a nicholas sparks book.
I have two more books I would like to read which would be kind of like a microbiology book on a virus... The Hot Zone (Chris recommended this book to me.) and A book called God, the Devil, and Darwin.. ( a critique on Intelligent design theory.)... I thought this would be informative to see what people had to say about all this. I like to be open minded and see what people have to say regardless of what my personal opinions may be. Yay for being moderate-smack dab in the middle.
9 more days till my little road trip and seeing Chris. awwww. I can't wait. The days need to go by just a little bit faster.
