Not that anyone reads this thing anyway.
I want to start by saying, I'm obsessed with Koichi's Danger Zone song. It's super catchy, and I keep watching the pv for 4U. because yes! *______* I have to say, 4U. look so freaking awesome in the PV that it's just jfgdausghadksjhgkahjgs (even as I type this, it's stuck in my head on repeat) I feel really excited being a 4U. fan right now, since it seems like they're getting a lot of work (and with having Koichi and Takitsuba fighting over them, is just super adorable X3). I really wish they could debut, but that seems impossible. I also really really really want Snow Man to debut, or at least just be on shokura again. But, I've convinced myself that they can't debut until they back dance an ebi concert that gets put of DVD (because Ebi/Snow children is my second favorite group pairing). Of course, this requires ebi having enough free time to tour >.>
Last week was about the same, coworker doesn't really talk to me, Jackie is awesome (and I wish I could work with her everyday), classes were about the same. That about sums it up. Well, I guess for my globalization class we went to this Hindi temple, that was about a 20 minute drive from the school, and watched them pray. We were asked to participate, which was simply accepting the light of knowledge (or whatever it exactly was) and essentially washing ourselves with it, which to me didn't seem like that big of a deal, especially since the hindi equivalent of a priest (I'm really bad with names) had explained all about hinduism and what the ritual was. So it really surprised me when a number of the girls didn't participate, and even backed away from the flame, with their hands up in a defensive gesture. Like, what does it matter? Is it really that much against your religious belief system to wash yourself in knowledge? :/ Maybe I don't get it because I'm not religious, at all, but it jus seemed weird to me.
Other than that, nothing really special happened last week. Me and Rebecca hung out, and she had gotten all these ancient Duet's :3 I will scan all the ebi pages, and probably the Fukuda/Miyagi Shunta ones for Rebecca. Will post those later. If there's anything else from them you want scanned, just let me know ^^
I was thinking about this the other week, I think it was not last friday, but the friday before that, that every since I've gotten into the Johnny's fandom, it's almost like it's giving me the opportunity to relive what my middle/high school days should have been. I've come to the realization that I'm a weird person, and was probably not a normal girl growing up XD Like, in elementary school and early middle school, I guess you could say I was into normal things, like the Backstreet Boys and the NSYNCs (I even saw Britney Spears and 98 degrees live at the allentown fair :O) But I never had a single poster of any of these groups, nor did I buy teen bop to stare at them (I believe my walls were covered with posters of Dogs and Cats XD XD). Then for the rest of Middle School and Freshman year of High School I was really into WWE Wrestling (Edge was my favoritest) and I totally had a couple of posters of them up on my walls XD XD I also loved Dave Matthews Band. Then for the rest of High School, I was really into Punk rock and Showtunes :3 And when I say Punk rock, I mean legit punk rock (like Bad Religion, NoFX) not stupid shit like Blink 182 or Green Day >.> But I also loved loved loved show tunes (pretty sure I listened to Rent on repeat for like months on end T^T) Then when I went to college the first time, I was really into Indie Folk (Like She & Him, Rilo Kiley, Swell Season, etc.) somehow that transitioned into liking j-pop then eventually johnny's. So, it just struck me the other day, when me and Rebecca were in my room, sitting on my floor, paging through magazines and being like 'Kyaa~" that i thought to myself "This is probably what normal teenagers do, minus the japanese part XD" Idk, that was long and ramble-y XD
Weekly Weigh-In:
Starting: 196.2
Last Week: 188.8
Current: 186.2
I realized when I wrote this out that I have now lost exactly 10 pounds!! I can already see a difference, like shirts fitting better and actually being able to button my pants properly. Hopefully will continue this trend :3
I also went to a Phillies game on Sunday. Our seats were awesome, even though, at the end of the day, the Phillies lost. I think they're pretty much done for the season, which is sad *turns attention to the A's instead* I have pictures, but am too lazy to put them in at the moment.
I'm also planning Rebecca's birthday gift, and hopefully she likes it :3
