I'm glad to hear your mother is improving and that she is coming home soon. That's wonderful news! I hope she continues to get better and better with each passing day and that her optimism continues to grow as she gains strength.
I'm also happy that you seem so content where you are. I am a firm believer in not putting too much importance on money (which is how I explain my dismal career choices in early years). Money has little to nothing to do with how content a person can be and I think if you understand that you are well on your way to true happiness. So yay you. And if you ever want to do free stuff...(just hang out and watch movies or tv, watch toads, take funny pictures, talk, go to the park with some sandwiches, have a purse making party [I'll provide the supplies if you provide the instruction], play a board game or just whatever) I'm all about that. Living that way allows me to pay my bills (and it's a lot more fun than you would think). I used to be addicted to going out...now, not so much. Hell, we could even plant a tree! ;-)
I'd love to see more photos of your nephew! So send them my way as well.
