Notice something interesting on Wednesday? Yes, five freakin' tv shows. Everything else only has one or two but Wednesday's? *sigh* It's my fault for liking things too easily. But I didn't make this post to complain. I am making this post to obsess. Let's take this one day at a time.
Monday
Switched at Birth is fun. It's plot should be obvious: two girls get switched at birth. Then they find out and for some reason (money trouble on one half, I think.) they all moved in with each other and try to balance their newly discovered messed up lives. Oh, and one of the girls is deaf. I like drama so it reels me in. Plus, one of the girls is in The Clique movie and she always seemed like a good actress.
Harper's Island. Oh, Harper's Island. I had attempted to watch the show during its original run but time got ahead of me I guess. I had watched maybe five episodes but I knew what was going to happen and who was gonna die and who the killer is. The thing is, I'm watching the reruns on Chiller with my mom and she likes to ask questions.
Many, many questions.
It's hard to watch someone try to figure out this stuff in there head and sometimes let their thoughts leak out. And of course, you can't say anything because you don't want to spoil them. And you can't tell them why the actions of certain characters make you really angry.
Tuesday.
It's just the Looney Tunes. Need I say more. There's some good episodes but there's also some bad ones. However, it's only some episodes in and it's the first season. So, it might be able to get better.
Wednesday
Melissa and Joey. Oh, how I love, love, love this show. I could watch it all day and not have a problem at all. For one thing, it's like a shipping jack pot for me. Built in sexual tension from day one. And best yet, It's a pairing I can get behind and have enough faith that it will probably happen and actually stick.
A lot of my pairings are either will never happen or did happen but didn't last long enough. There's Jackie and Hyde from That 70s show. We all know how that one ended up. Sonny and Chad broke up and the probability of there being an actual third season of Sonny with a Chance is zero to zilch. Carly and Freddie could still happen but since I don’t really watch the show anymore, there’s not much left for me in there. Fred and Daphne is pretty much It Depends On The Writer. I can never be sure if it will happen or not.
So, you can probably see why this is just the sort of thing I need.
State of Georgia. I mostly watch it as an inbetween thing while I wait for F&B to start. But its an okay show for now.
Franklin and Bash. Okay, I went in looking for bromance opportunities and I got just what I was looking for. And yeah, it helps that I think Breckin Meyer is really cute. That was totally not the first thing to caught my eye (actually, it is but who the hell cares?
Hot in Cleveland. It was mostly Betty White that got my mom and I into watching this. Thankfully, she ended up not being the only funny thing about it.
Happily Divorced. Like Retired at 35 before it, it comes from being too tired by this point to change the channel. Once again, thankfully it’s kinda funny.
Thursday
Like I said, its my Mom.
Friday.
The Soup and Fashion Police. Not much more to say here.
