since the last time i wrote i lost my job at the IRS... dec 13 was my last day. thanks to zach i've already got another job luckily as night auditor/front desk for the nite shift at Country Inn and Suites. today he told me to come in at 4:00pm so he could interview me, then the hotel owner came in around 6:20pm and interviewed me briefly around 6:30pm. when i left there i visited some friends and when i got home there was a message on the machine saying the owner had given me the job and training could start tonight or tomorrow. i didn't make it home early enough to get the info and zach's # to call, so i begin tomorrow i guess. i can't wait, i've been wanting a night auditing job at a hotel for a while so this is a good opportunity. it feels good to be back on my feet so quick, i was really depressed losing the IRS job to internal politics outside my control. i've been doing a pretty damn good job of cleaning up my act in other ways too, and now new work is further motivation to help finish the job. what an exciting day today has turned out to be!
