Well that didn't take long.
I have to submit a resume as part of a fellowship at NASA that my advisor wants me to apply for. He told me to cut out the apartment job to make room for sections for Publications (the paper I helped with at NIST that I never got credit for), Presentations (a talk he gave in November that I helped him make a few slides so he listed me as a "co-author"), and Awards (the fact that I have a university fellowship right now) instead. He said it'll look more like I'm starting to build up a CV and less like an undergrad applying for a job.
So yeah. Four years of working at service desks, including two years of management experience, and suddenly it's not relevant. He said I could up the font size and go for a two-page resume instead, but I have a hard time thinking of myself as someone who's important enough yet to break the one-page rule, y'know?
P.S. The fellowship pays better, lasts longer, and is less competitive if I declare myself as a PhD student instead of a Master's, so I went ahead and made the switch. Thanks again to anyone who's put up with me agonizing over the pro's and con's.
