I wish I was more drawn to reading. I love the Bible, but I just can't ever bring myself to sit down & read. I always end up falling asleep. Not due to boredom; it's just that I fall asleep doing pretty much everything. Last night, I fell asleep in the bathtub & slept for about an hour. Then, I got up & dried myself off & went to sleep. I'm sure that wasn't very healthy. I'll probably catch a cold next time.
I went out to dinner with my dad tonight. He & I are such opposites, but he really tries to be a friend to me. I wish I knew how to respond better. My social skills are of fat.
No school tomorrow. And the cleaning lady is coming, so I've got to get out of the house by 8:30 tomorrow morning. I'm thinking I'll go out on the golf course & lay down naked & read. Maybe some of The Idiot or the Bible or And the Ass Saw the Angel ...
I need to start making my Christmas wishlist (I really want the first volume of Dylan's autobiography). I think I'm going to ask for the Martin Scorsese boxset & his book, Scorsese On Scorsese, for my birthday.
