it's kinda funny...

why is the "anti-globalization" movement always called the "anti-globalization" movement???? isn't that a bit of a misnomer???

wouldn't it be much more accurate to call it the "anti-neoliberal-globalization" movement or the "anti-global-corporate-fascism" movement?????

Isn't this just some kind of attempt by the media to use newspeak in order to give the impression to those unaware of what it's really about that those who are part of it are "backwards" or "against modernity" or "fighting against impossible odds" or even "racist"?!???

I don't know about you, but I have absolutely no problem with basic premise of the world becoming a smaller place... heck I even have no problem with "distinct cultures" eventually being replaced by one homogenous "global culture" as long as it is not imposed at the end of a gun... what I DO have a *big* problem with on the other hand, is Sam Walton, Bill Gates, the Rothschilds and those of their ilk effectively ruling the world. anyone else with me on this?????

I'm sure some of you have heard this a million times before but I even hear people who are from the left and supposedly part of this movement referring to it as such. Doesn't that do the cause a terrible disservice???? Or maybe I should just pull my head out of my ass...
