I'm back to yoga tonight and after not doing a class since October I think it might hurt a bit tomorrow. It's an antenatal class though and half the length of my old one (only an hour) so hopefully I won't creak too much.

Got a stinky headache and don't want to take any paracetamol so I'm a bit grumpy and haven't got much work done this afternoon - hormones eh? Yoga is normally good for headaches though, once I'm stretching the tension in my neck goes.

Do I get to push myself less if I'm doing yoga for two? I'll find out I guess

On the upside we ran a teaching session online today (since it's about eLearning we thought our students should do some too) and it seemed to go really well, lots of contributions to discussions and activity and it was my suggestion - phew!
