update?
It's kind of wierd... my "senior" year is here, but I won't be graduating till Spring '09, not Spring '08. meh. Yeah, five year plan...I'm hoping to do my internship in for the Spring '09 semester, most likely locally. I pick classes this Tuesday for next semester. *cross fingers* I hoping to actually take a Winter class as well, something in either the Art or English department. Next semester I'm hoping to take: either Lighting or Sound Design, Typography, Intermediate Graphic Design, Writing for Business & Technology, Photo One, and possible Ancient Greece & Rome. Then for the Fall semester: Advanced Video, Advanced Graphic Design, a graphics elective or two, and an English elective above a 2000.
I've started to look at what I see myself doing in the next few years and I've drawn a blank on an actual job title-ish, but I definitely want to work for a few years then go back to school for a MFA somewhere. Who actually knows... where I'll be. I'm kind of hoping to go into the Graphic Design or Professional Communications concentrations... not so much Video, even though I like producing.
Classes so far this semester have been really busy, along with RA stuff, Reffing Soccer, and Phi Sig stuff. But things are slowing down. A few weeks ago, I went down to the Cape to celebrate Joce's 21st. It was fun--- I hadn't seen her in a while. Let's just say, she had a good birthday. Brian and Jake were there too. Oh by the way, Jake and I are going out... It's been official since Halloween, when he came up to visit me. Things are going awesome between us. I'm really excited and overall happy with everything in life right now.
Blahhh.. back to hw and a few other things before bed.
