Re-watching 5.01, and had a thought
OK, so I've had several thoughts but this is the main one:
How is Dean a vessel?
Didn't Castiel establish at the beginning of last season that Dean couldn't be a vessel because he couldn't understand Castiel's or any angel's speech? And we see at the beginning of 5.01 that he still can't understand angel-speak when Lucifer is doing his/her 'dog-whistle' impression.
So I ask again, how can Dean be Michael's vessel? Does Zachariah not have all the facts? Actually it's pretty obvious he doesn't since Castiel returns all 'roided up and kicks some minion-ass. This was just one thing that irked me after watching the episode again. Any thoughts?
