Just a bit on Jus in Bello

Okay, so I realise that there has been a lot of talk about the past week's episode - lots of talk and even more questions. So I figured I should add my little bit of talk and a couple questions to the mix.

First, why the hell did Bela call the feds? A couple people (particularly katysam) make the point - she was already states away. WTF with the tattling on the boys?!
There is another bit here too: when they show the Colt in Bela's car, it's lying on a handkerchief with initials on it... does anyone know the initials? I didn't really remark on them until I thought about the scene; Bela told Dean that he has no idea about her or her life. I have theories here but I don't want to say or write them because they are so far out of left field, they're not actually part of the ballpark.

But to the end of the show, which everyone is omg-ing about - Lilith. So she's a sweet, innocent-looking little girl. This goes against all the popular images of her. If you don't believe me, google image her name and watch all the soft core/goth images pop up. True enough, there are a few classical painters who have done her "justice"; Hon John Collier (1887) and Dante Gabriel Rossetti (1868) to name a couple. So the question is: why a little girl? Is it the only body that a demon as intense and powerful as Lilith can inhabit? In other words, does she need complete innocence in the body she takes? Or is it simply that she knows no one would ever hurt a little girl?
I'm also wondering why she has it in for the boys, Sam in particular. Okay, they're a threat to ickle demons everywhere, but from the looks of it, she doesn't have much to worry about with the freaky, opaque eyes (which I still don't get that despite the net chatter on the subject) and her firestarter abilities. But she's still after them. So does this mean that Sam IS still a threat? Even without the YED to guide him on the evil path... Just thinking out loud. Feel free to tell me I'm a git or whatever.
Here's my biggest question though: who was the lady holding Lilith's hand in the police station? They never show her face... at least, I think they don't show her face. I'm going to have to watch it again this Tuesday on Space just to be sure. But who is Lilith's "caregiver"? Another demon? The little girl's real mother? Or some other human? Why does she even need a caregiver? Just for looks or what?

So many questions and so many weeks to contemplate them. :D
