'Cause I was tagged...TWICE!!
I've been tagged by both reddheaded and magnet5 so here are my "6 weird things or habits about myself."
The player of this game starts with the "6 weird things or habits about yourself." People who get tagged will have to post a blog telling their 6 weird things or habits as well. Make sure to post this rule clearly! At the end of your 6 weird things/habits, you need to choose 6 people that you would like to be tagged and write their names down.
1. I still have the blanket Mom used when they brought me home from the hospital.
2. I love Godzilla movies. Especially the bad ones.
3. I wrote my Master's thesis on postcards from French West Africa at the beginning of the 20th century. That's why I love cultural history...you can write about something crazy like postcards and still be taken seriously by your peers.
4. I am very literal in the way I think. When i was little I asked Mom to "let my feet see what time is it" when I wanted to get on the scale, because to my mind the dial on the scale was the same as a clock. Mom has told me that I kept her on her toes just trying to figure out what I was thinking and wanting to do.
5. I studied French history in school but I realized recently that I would make a terrible Francophile: I don't like French food or music, most French literature depresses me, and I don't like that many French movies. But if given the opportunity to go back to Paris I would go in a heartbeat.
6. The smell of freshly snapped green beans reminds me of my grandmother's house and the summer I spent there when I was 8.
