(no subject)
So I've had a couple people rail on me for some of the harshness of yesterday's entry. So allow me to clear things up a bit. Was the best part of the last eight months for me when I was going out of my way trying to make things better for Cat, yes. Do I wish I had stayed that way, most certainly. I get that it's over now, and I'm moving on in a very literal way, with an actual 270 mile move. I very much wish that I could make up for the stuff that I said and didn't mean, and there's certainly enough written in an actual notebook and on my computer to prove it, but since no one is ever going to see that it makes no difference. But honestly, I'd gladly go back to the going out of my way, because it was the happiest I had been in a very long time. Hopefully it's not the happiest I will be for some time, because this neutral emotion shit is annoying as hell.
But anyway I an waiting on delivery of soup, so I go off to read. The Dresden Files kick ass. Like Harry Potter for adults.
