I think there are like 6 people who read this live journal. Luckily all 6 of these people are music enthusiasts. Lovers of the arts. It is this mutual love of the arts that is my motivation in turning this journal (and more specifically this post) into a concert calendar for all upcoming HSATRTG shows. Here it is. I hope all six of you read this and find the info useful.
MARCH 17th--Haileys--Denton,TX
+Hardin Sweaty and The Ready To Go
+The Undoing of David Wright
+Prayer for Animals
This lineup is not "set in stone" just yet but should should be soon. This is gonna be a great show. It is also special for HSATRTG because it is the first show we (more specifically, Justin) have set up. We've recruited some great bands to play with us in what should be a night of ridiculous noise and unbelievable musical variety. It's also a big deal for us because it's at Haileys. Haileys is a great venue and ot be given a Friday night slot there is pretty awesome so please come out and support HSATRTG on the 17th. Oh, and Justin, since your one of the six people who read this, great job on all of this man.
MARCH 25th--Red Blood Club--Dallas, TX
+Hardin Sweaty and The Ready To Go
+Voot Cha Index
+My Heart is a Machine
This show is gonna be a lot of fun. It will not only be fun because of the awesome (and fun) bands playing but because we are taking these awesome (and fun) bands and placing them in a strange locale. Red Blood Club is a club usually inhabited by bands like Intestinal Fortitude, Shat, and Balls Out will for this night be invaded by a trio of gentle animal loving indie rock bands. It should be awesome, plus it's our Dallas debut. So be there! We really do love animals.
APRIL 8th--J&Js Pizza--Denton, TX
+Hardin Sweaty and The Ready To Go
+Enola
+A Therapeutic Smile
Oh baby. The battle for McKinney is on. This is the long awaited and highly anticipated show with McKinney's three premiere rock bands. It's gonna be good stuff. Plus, it's free. You can't beat that with a stick. Be there or be somewhere else. Whatever.
Ok, that's all for now. Keep up the good work you six and I'll see you at a HSATRTG show in the near future.
