There was not much to do on Friday but go to fed tax.
Except that appointments for Moot Court eboard were that day.
I won the position of Vice President of New Membership, which means I get to write the competition problem for next year's new member try outs! It's really exciting.
I was sent a congratulatory e-mail by members of this year's board.
Anyway, I know I am going to be super busy next year, so I am definitely going to need help with planning the competition and stuff. Also, I was thinking it would be nice if I could also be like a social chairperson who could set up bar outtings or alumni events for moo court members. It's good to distribute responsibilites a little since we all have so much work on the board and in school.
It's been nearly two years since I had a student leadership position, and I'm so thankful. From executive assistant of an organization comprised of the drechs of the residents halls to the Vice President for New Membership and Social Chairperson!
I feel like I'm actually really appreciated!!
