I'm not as think as I dumb I am.

Got my first exam back today, and it was in a class that is legendary for being absolutely terrible. I'm taking it well after all my friends took it (that time being 2005), so maybe it's lost some of its edge since then, it has changed Professors. The first exam was a stretch for me, since I haven't done really advanced math for some time. And fourier series, while exceedingly fascinating (actually not sarcasm here), are very new to me. Tough stuff!

But I got a 95 on the test.

In a moment of hilarity though, the first problem was worth 40 points, of which I somehow received the full 40. So written in red on my front page was '40'. My heart plummeted until I saw up in the corner a much smaller 95/100. Do my eyes deceive me?! Newp. An A!

Sweet.

And I get to turn in my 2nd exam of the semester into Dynamics, a class that once kicked my butt, and now is getting kicked back by me in return.

What's changed since the last time I was in school? All I can guess is that I'm a lot more studious, which is helping since for some strange reason this low credit semester (15) has more work than any of my 18 credit semesters. Arg! Weekends? Time off? BAH. Engineers need it not.

I miss time with Dena!!

But I like my A too. :)
