We forgot to catch up the birds for the fair last night. It is much much much (did I mention MUCH?) easier to catch the birds at night.
So this AM was bird wrangling. When I caught goose #2 someone snidely asked me:
"Is that proper Goose holding technique?"
So, I swapped mostly calm Goose to "proper technique" where in he squaked, struggled and tried to nip me.
Having demonstrated that the geese seem to appreciate MY uneducated technique much better that the "approved" method .....
Wish us luck this afternoon as we learn all about bathing these birds.
