- Submit "Request for Final Oral" form to Graduate School (no later than 18th October 2006):
- Survive and pass dissertation defense (Wednesday 1st November 2006, 9 AM):
- Make any required corrections and submit certified dissertation to UMI (no later than 8th December 2006):
- Submit required forms to the Graduate School (no later than 8th December 2006):
- Walk across the stage and get my hood (Saturday 9th December 2006):
- Receive diploma:
- Get on with the rest of my life:
I'm doing the final proofreading pass over my dissertation now. In my source file, I'm currently on line 1201 of 7165. I'm supposed to hand the dissertation to my committee members in 9 days. *fret!*
