bleachine it all, then dying the uppy parts black--i hope. not sure if there's actually any black dye around the house.

Hmmm... not a bad idea; I know I want the short stuff to be a different color from the up stuff, and simple two-tone black'n'white is easy.

Mebbe blonde at the base, then red to orange with black tips?
