This weekend was filled with fun and a little bit of stress. Friday night was spent at the Tunnel Bar with Aggie and htl_1126 which was loads of fun as always with those 2 polish girls. We just sat there and chatted for hours laughing and joking around. After the Tunnel we hit up the Ye Ol Watering Hole for a bit before heading home. On Saturday htl_1126 and I attened my aunt and her gf's wedding. It was great to see my family and catch up with all my cousins that I haven't seen in years. Being 2nd oldest grandchild it is a little weird to see them all as young adults and living their own lives. They are all doing great and seem to be very happy which is nice to see. The ceremony and reception was held at the Northampton Country Club it was very beautiful to see these two women who have been together for 10 yrs, finally exchange wedding vows. The ceremony was done by my father who did a great job. It was the first time I have seen my dad perform a service since he got licensed as a minister. The reception was filled with lots of laughs which always happens with my dad's side of the family. We danced and drank till about 9pm last night and then went home to bed. It was a great time. Today started off good but quickly turned sour as I hit a patch of wet pavement on the way home this morning and ended up with my car stuck in a foot of mud on the opposite side of the road. So most of the day was spent in the mud getting the car out. I ended up having to have my tire put back on it's rim and putting the tire back on the car. The high point of all this was that I got to teach Austin how to change a tire on a car. Tonight is going to be spent relaxing after an early dinner. I'm thinking that a game or movie night is on the menu with a nice early bedtime. All in all this weekend has been lots of fun.
