I have officially been to Hell...
The gym is just a code name for Hell! And- When Elvis Presley wrote "Devil in Disguise", he was totally referring to a gym trainer... I'm off to take a long, hot shower... Then I'm going to pop some Advil like it's candy and curl up in bed... After a day like today, I totally need some relaxation...
