Dude, if you need help finding apartments, let me know I can get you hunting before you even get here, remember I do work in real estate, and I know brokers who are new and need clients. I would just need your specifics (budgets, move in dates, neighborhood prefs, apartment type/size preffered, etc). And if you feel like you need a roommate, I might know a guy named "me".
It's funny. After I saw your post a while back about moving into a new place around the same time we'd be moving there, i was like "hey, third person, less rent per person, might work." But I said this to Brooke and she gave me a look like when you just tell her that you should move to NYC and live with an old college friend. It was weird.
