A. List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself.
B. You do not talk about B.
C. YOU DO NOT TALK ABOUT B.

1. I love to cook. I've been told I'm an excellent cook, though I can never make a recipe as is. I always have to add or change something to make it my own. For instance, tonight I made potato soup. The recipe called for cayenne pepper. I thought this ingredient was odd so I got rid of it. In its place I added dill weed and garlic, which I think go really well with potatoes. It was delicious!

2. I'm very conscious about the environment. I drive a fuel-efficient car, tote reusable bags to the grocery store, and turn the lights out when I leave a room. Every little bit helps!

3. I love my car! Even though it's not by any means new or exciting (1998 Saturn SL1) and has broken down several times last year, I'm still very attached to it. I wouldn't trade it for any other.

4. I'm one of the lucky people that actually enjoys their jobs. I look forward to going to work every day and feel very fortunate to get along well with my coworkers.

5. I care a lot about animals. I try not to buy makeup and self-care products that have been tested on animals, and if I were to win the lottery, I would open a no-kill shelter for homeless cats. I also feel bad about eating meat, but got very sick when I tried to go vegetarian.

6. Being raised by a teacher, I am very picky about grammar, syntax, etc. It bothers me when someone says "Where's [insert item here] at?" The "at" is frivolous. It also drives me nuts when people say such things as "Them are gross". It's "THOSE"! Or "Drive safe." It's an adverb, it should have -ly at the end. As a result, I am often asked to proofread people's writings, and I am glad to do it.

7. I almost always wear at least something black. I feel funny without it. I feel like, were I to ever get married, I would add a black sash to my wedding dress to make myself more comfortable.
