It's a laboratory. Though I do sleep there more often than not...

And they wouldn't be there or else Twinky would have picked them up and started choking on them, which would lead to me repairing him, finding the spoons and giving it back to the kitchen girls.

But I really do think you'd return them, had you found them. What use would anyone even a mad scientist have for spoons?

Of course he does. It's his job. Why else would I invent him?

Spoons are really no help to me, anyway. Forks and knives however are lovely to work with but I would like to think I'm past that stage of desperation.

No. Dummy is to help me when I work. He just happens to enjoy dousing people. I did not program that. One day, I assigned him on fire safety and well... yeah.
