I have no idea what it says, though the guys doing it tell me that the name has been changed to "The Sleep of Reason", the first half of the title of Goya's Piece The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters.
I LOVE seeing what folks do to make DRYH work in other languages, since so often an element of translation has to work along the lines of the spirit of the concept rather than its straight-up literal meaning.
I'd say Tomasz and company got this one right.
