everything and this shopping cart needs realignment

I ordered a laptop today and now I feel like a big fat(-tening) leech so after my parents and their exhausted bank account went to bed, I had to do the dishes in silent communion with the rampant texas roaches and then eat lite ice cream in the dark while surfing through music channels and staring at tattoos and fruit-shaped butts and many other ( Read more... )

definitely strange dynamics of being at home again...my parents are mad old but busier than ever, and i think they don't have time to mention their deaths because they still have kathy trailing eight years behind me.
don't worry about the murals! dan took them and i threw the saturn one away, i am sorry i threw it away but i couldn't take it and no one wanted it :( i should have mailed it but i didn't have time :( :(
about leaving school: there was so much relief to be felt that it took a long time for it all to sink in. the feeling of emptiness hit immediately though.

yeah, my sister said that she was wondering what it was that had made our parents so inattentive and forgetful lately, and she said it was probably that they didn't have a kid around the house anymore to worry about. that doesn't really make sense to me though... it's probably just as much the kid's failing memory that makes the parents seem like they're starting to lose it when they'd just lost it all along. ah well. your parents seem really young, maybe that's thanks to kathy. I guess my cousin will be moving in and that might be good for my parents in a way, too. god I sound so condescending, but it's not like that really ( ... )

Waaah. ;_; I can't even *begin* thinking about getting done with school...but the last two weeks are just going to shoo (!) by. >_<

My dad does that too...-_- We were back in Taiwan several years ago, and he thought the theater was too dangerous for little girls, so he accompanied us to Poccahontas and fell asleep T_T~

totally, man, totally. I hate it when people fall asleep during movies, it's like the wet socks to the whole experience, preempting the after-movie criticism which is so essential, you know? meh. I also can't help but take it as some kind of personal insult because it screws the whole point of going to a movie with someone and makes me feel like a loser for some reason, like I was gullible enough to be kept awake or something, haha how retarded.
haven't heard back from Sophia yet. got a thin envelope in the mail today and nearly had a heart attack but then it turned out to be just a confirmation that my application was received. blah...

After that movie trip with my dad, I've been more cautious about my selection of theatre-going companions...

Waaah~ Holay cow...but good thing they received your application! ^_^ I've getting all these group discussion e-mails from other JET program people in Washinton state, telling everyone where they are placed. I can't believe this one guy got Hyogo just for putting Kobe T_T I hope he's an ALT...kyaa;_; nakisou...
