How is it possible for the newspaper to know that he was aware of the brake failure, sure the girl could have told the newspaper how she hugged him and said she loved him and what not but sounds like BS to me

party pooper, realist, whatever. It was stupid enough for one to go speeding along at 100mph(20mph over the highest posted speedlimit Ive seen), let alone doing so with only one helmet when two people were on the bike and especially when that other person is someone you supposedly love?
