i'm watching that movie on lifetime. i've seen it before, it's really good. yup yup. it's a good movie though. werd. so...i'm going to check out my chart, and see how many times i have to run/walk this week. i think it's three times, but i want to check. *sigh* i need to lose weight. i'm over my limit and i want to lose at least two pounds before my dep meeting on the 14th. two pounds that will stay off. yeah...so i'm going to do lots of crunches and leg lifts and shit. and lift my weights, so my arms will get strong so i can do at least a few push ups. welp, i'll write later. love you guys lots!
