condo update
Well, the condo is coming along. Inspection, appraisal, and financing are all OK. We're out of the 10-day get-out-of-contract-free period, and we're still moving forward with it. Now it's time for me to be scared.
I just love that area. morganie and I were out geocaching in the park across the street and got some great pictures. The whole town is really neat.
I'm talking with my brother about having him fly out here for a week or two to help me fix the place up. Doing home upgrades of various types is his profession, so it's nice of him to have offered that.
