oh, there are new townhouses out near Limerick going for $190k...that was what I had to call you about when you were in New York. we got a mailer for it...we were going to go out there this past weekend while we were driving around.

yes, we have the mailer. and I think the picture on the mailer was a conceptual drawing or something. I'll check it out tonight.
