Boring.
I am bored of this winter crap. And slightly overwhelmed that I have to start researching for Uni again, after a 3 year break. It's hard when all you read is trashy gossip magazines and Ernest Hemingway. Now I have to get my head around pedagogical priciples and psycological theories-Geez.
Found a new favourite place for drinks and dinner, though I have been going there for a while, the morroccan vegie stew with mint cous cous has won me over. (And the dishy bartender).
Work shmirk...It's exhausting and enjoyable, but I can't see myself there forever. Had to sing last week with Man's Ruin and it was super fun, went off without a hitch, to a sold-out crowd, yay for girlies! Although, my favourite part of the night was when one woman in front of me that, well let's just say she was wearing very sensible shoes, said to her like-minded friend "I thought it was going to be more of a Bluehouse crowd" . Ha, isn't it funny what each person's individual perception of burlesque is?
Going to make some white rose tea now, then start getting ready for Siggy's farewell and Timmy's 30th. Time goes by so darn fast eh?
