a brief update
today i leave for a trip to california for 2 weeks with just my parents.
it's been a few years since we've gone out there, but i'm always really excited to go back. except, this year will be different.
ever since i began high school, i've always brought a friend along with me on vacations. so since it's just me & my parents, i'm not sure what it's going to be like. i haven't spent 2 straight weeks with them for a long time - ever since i've moved down to lexington to go to school.
i love my parents to death though, and thinking about it, this will probably be my last real vacation that i go on with them, since i will be busy finishing up school and then moving away somewhere afterwards.
an added bonus - i'm going to see john mellencamp live in concert with them.(i know you're freaking out!!!!!!!!!!)
i think it's going to be a pretty nice time.
