The large metal objects in the air were torn apart, and recomposed into the layered elements of a very small bit thick metallic prison. Slowly, but surely, they began to encircle Thirst in a sphere of metal.
"Goodbye."
When the metal had closed all around, leaving Thirst with a very limited amount of space to move inside, the spherical prison was floated out over the water. Not near the shore, but rather, a couple of miles out. The Dragon of Metal floated alongside her creation. Once she concluded the water would be sufficiently deep, she sent the metal prison down to the very bottom, using both her powers and basic gravity to sink it.
However, she didn't return back to her 'normal' self after all of this was done. The Dragon remained, feeling vaguely discontented that all she could do was contain the threat rather than ending her.
Eyes still glowing bright blue and skin still covered in organic metal from head to toe, she floated back to land and decided to patrol the city. Part of her duty as a protector of the city was to purge it of all threats, and that was what she was going to do.
