(no subject)
wow, okay, so I know I just wrote about this yesturday, but i am like way over excited for Kentucky. And, I am sorry Mercy girls if this saddens you, but i am really excited for the year to be over, to put my focus towards SJN. I am so blessed to be working there. Last night was theology on tap, which as many of you mercy girls know I love!!! Anyway, there was this guy speaking, when i say guy i mean monsenior...any hooter....he waas a chaplain at the olympics in Utah. I thought that was really neat. The olympics are a very special thing! Seriously, when everyone comes together to focus on a common purpose of athletism, despite the many differences we have, (I know this is getting cheesy but its true), we lay it all aside for a few weeks to celebrate as a world!!! YAY for the inventors of the olympics.
Speaking of olympics, guess where they will be in 2006...some of you may already know...TORINO!!! or Turin...what does that mean?!?!?!??? Hmmm lets ponder, do you get it yet? How but know? Still don't know? Okay, I'll give you a hint, it starts with a don and ends with a bosco's birthplace! YIPEE
Okay, I am done for now, its the morning and I am tired and I have two meetings today, one of them is going to be a three hour meeting. Um, YUCK!!! But, it will be good because its sjn 'vision' meeting, which i think means that we discuss the vision that we have for hte parish for the next year.
