What do you want to be when you grow up?
Caitlin asked me today what job I would want if I could be anything in the world. My entire life, I've never really been able to come up with a satisfactory answer to that question, until now. I thought about it, and here's what I would do, though it's not exactly a "job". And good luck to me, because I doubt this would ever happen.
If I could have any "job" I wanted, I would be a philanthropist. I'd be able to do what I wanted, travel the world, and fund things I believe in. There are a lot of things I want to do/be with my life that probably just won't happen for numerous reasons (for example, I want to be a major contributer to space technology/exploration). I know it sounds silly, but I really do think that's the best "job" for me. There's so much I want to see and do, and so many things I want to fund and help people, I want to be able to do all this, but like I said, it requires money. Lots of it. and I'm not Bill Gates. Oh well... I'm sure lots of people probably have this dream too...
