Probs I've mentioned this before. I'm going to sound like an advertisement but, I LOVE Bolthouse Farm's juices on my heaviest day of the month period days. They will often work, when nothing else will. At least my parents didn't have a specified time they could drive me to Oshawa, so I sent ma out to buy some juice and rode it out. Now feelin fine, just have to avoid the usual suspects (aka foods that make me feel horrid on the heaviest day!)
Unless a product like this (all natural, no sugar added, non-filtered fruit juice) is readily avail in Qatar, seems purchasing a blender will be on the horizon.
Yes, my life lately is terribly exciting. Now I'm going to walk downtown and buy a green tea since on this day coffee is a no-no.
