(no subject)
so its official. mom is moving down to Sugarland fairly soon, maybe before this semester even ends. and i'm being dragged down with her since i can hardly make enough money to keep a place and food of my own and still take the course load that i am.
in attempt to cheer me up to the idea, mom brought me a list of travel times to the places that i normally go. but personally, i don't see how adding twenty minutes to my drive time to anywhere (with the notable exception of Sara's place. i'll actually be in an area that it will be easier for us to hang out instead of harder. imagine that.) and that's without adding in traffic. mom doesn't seem to understand the 59 backs up for days on end during any sort of traffic hours. and there isn't really a way around it, since all of the other paths zig and zag too much to really take any time off.
grrrrr.... but at least i might get a chance to leave for a little while this winter. mom wants to take a trip to North Carolina and i think that i can talk her into alter the drive enough to run into a friend of mine on the way. either way, i haven't been on a trip out of the state since mike and i went to get kat, and that turned out to be a disaster. though it does make a good story since its one of those things that never seems to happen to anyone you know, ya know? :)
anyways, its almost class time with the foreign bio prof. i do hope he stops ignoring some of the girls before they really get mad. i don't think that it'll be a pretty sight.
