Oddly happy (how long will it last?)
I'm happy! I know, strange, right? But yea. Me and dad went to Q-Ball's tonight. I think I'm getting better at playing pool. My dad was joking with Izzy saying that I was turning 21 tonight. I got two free drinks! They were tasty. I don't remember what the first one was called, but the second one was blue raspberry long island something something. Me and dad are always joking about who Izzy winked at more and who she was flirting with more. I totally won tonight. We ended up chatting with some people two tables away. I can never tell if dad knew them or not. It doesn't matter though. It's all good. I've also discovered that only chicks can pull off bonding in a bathroom and it seems totally normal. The people we were talking to were really cool. I talked to this one lady a bit about Egypt and how one of my goals before I die is to visit Egypt once. She joked about going with me.
So, yea. I really just had a lot of fun tonight. I think I'd be happy more often if I just learned to loosen up like that all the time...Or I just need a couple fruity drinks. Mmm, bitch brews *grin*
I'm reading a book called Forever Odd by Dean Koontz. It's pretty interesting so far, but I couldn't tell you what it's about. It's funny because the character's name is Odd.
I've gone to the Gold's Gym twice this week. The first time I was sore as hell, but I didn't hurt anymore after the second time. I found a few ab machines! That made me happy! Remember kiddies, muscle burns fat faster!
So, yea. I'm feeling pretty good (about myself) right now. Let's hope it lasts, ne? ^_^
Oh, and could someone link me to some good saiyuki icon sites? I'm getting really tired of my FMA ones.
