Entry 43 - Midland Station
Finally back in Midland after spending five days on the Filgaia Express. Pretty uneventful. At least I managed to nick free food during the majority of the trip. And catch up on some reading. We've gotta head over to Jolly Roger and charter a Sandcraft to take us to the island where the Order of the Ark of Destiny's headquarters are located. Albert's offered a big reward for us to hand deliver the Kizim Fire to the Order's leader.
But first thing's first: gotta stop by the Secret Garden to stock up on Heal Berries. I'm sure Florina has plenty of 'em just waiting to be picked. And Gallows insists that we stop by the Baskar Colony so he can visit Shane and his granny. I guess we can afford to make a quick detour. I mean, this mission isn't terribly urgent. Just as long as we deliver the goods safe and sound.
People keep talking about Valentine's Day. I hear the Baskar tradition is really different from the way most Filgaian's celebrate it. It's some sort of week long celebration for the Baskar. A tribute to the Guardian Lord of Love or something. I dunno. Gallows was kind of explaining it, but I wasn't paying attention, and he couldn't remember all of the details anyway.
