So yea saw my little cousins yesterday morning. They were walking down the sidewalk from my grandparents as I went out to go to my aunts house. Good timing. Little Benjin and his fat little legs running. Twas adorable
I met up with my cousin (Jennifer- no boys lol) at Noble Romans at noon. That was nice. Surprisingly, not many people were there.
Then around 2ish I spent about an hour and a half at Speedway Park.. It was quiet. Hardly anyone there…I found a bench tucked away in the corner of the park…it was really nice. Very refreshing.
Then I come home- see Rachel’s bulletin about the Hendricks Co. Ribfest- so I end up leaving around 5:30, stay at my grandparents until 6, then sit in Kingsways parking lot for about an hour- go to Burger King, get a drink- and headed over to Avon Park.
Yea…I totally thought this was going to be a small thing…noooo lol. Like…half of Avon was there. It was crazy. That was fun though…minus standing in line for 20 minutes for Elephant ears that ended up not existing, then standing in line for about 30 minutes for a tiny bit of cotton candy lol.
Anywho…I got home around 11:30, which obviously means it was dark out when I drove home. Much to my relief, I figured out that I must have been sick, or super tired the last time I drove at night, cause I could see fine coming home last night. You REALLY have no idea how much stress that took off me lol. The idea of NEVER doing anything at night, when I would have to drive, REALLY sucked!
Found out I’m hanging out with Rachel on the 4th, which shall be grand.

The night came to a close with some (pretty pathetic) fireworks.

I sweat bullets in Kingsway’s parking lot for about an hour
…yea…it’s summer alright.
Real post shall be edited on to this one tomorrow after I kinda…recharge and all that good stuff.
But YAY for finding out that my eyes aren’t screwed up, and I can drive at night. How did I find this out? By pretty much forcing myself to drive 25 minutes at 11:00pm…yea…indeed lol. Oh well.
It makes my life SOOOO much easier…so I’m happy
