I've been called many different 'things' in my life time. From "Fatty" to "Teachers Pet" I never really paid attention to them much but yesterday, I was called a Know-it-All.. and it sucked.
I mean I guess I can see where the manager is coming from. I do remember saying, "Don't worry, I know many of the answers, so if you need help just ask." But I really intended for it to be a helpful tool. Now I'm being accused of using my knowledge of the company to bring her down! I thought I was trying to help her, and make sure she didn't fail. Why else would I tell her very valuable information that she missed.
