Counting down
So it's started. Today is Laura's un-birthday and she's had her pressies from us (a fairly impressive haul of pr0n, manga, DVDs and some Tezuka for her to drool over). I've made chocolate yoghurt cake which I'll ice later but now we're going out. Today's outing is to Manchester to play Laserquest and watch 'The Da Vinci Code'. Goodness knows what time we'll be back but hopefully in time to see Desperate Housewives! Tomorrow is Saz's day and Friday is Becci's actual birthday which means more celebrating ^__^
We actually all got presents today though. Becci bought us each a beautiful little notebook to get people to write down their memories of each of us from the past three years so LAS folks, you'll all be expected to write something because I want to remember each and every one of you and all the crazy things we've got up to! There's been so much that's happened, so many socials, screenings, Modos events, J-Pop parties, all-nighters, birthdays, random gatherings for food, trips out for Chinese or to go to the cinema, meals in Pizza Hut where we terrified the staff... I could go on, but you get my point. It makes me so happy to have you all as friends and you've been without a shadow of a doubt the best, craziest, most accepting and wonderful group of people I've ever met. University would have been nothing without LAS and I hope I never lose contact with any of you. Momma Cate can't be silly and maternal without her insane "offspring" to fuss over! *hugs you all*
