Just one beat
Ok, today is going much, much better than yesterday. Some packing has been done, discs have been burned (I have up to episode 62 of Yakitate Japan! now, how they can get so much "plot" out of bread I don't know!), some writing has been done (yay for Narnia fic and adding a few paragraphs to that crack-tasticwondrous idea you gave me Eli!) and many episodes of Eureka 7 have been watched.
I don't know why I love this show so much, it's nothing like most of the anime I watch (in fact that's probably why I like it!). Mecha and splodies and no slash (yet) and an interesting plot that's still allowed to take second place to character development ^__^ Oh and I'm actually supporting het pairings (yeah, it happens!) *unashamedly waves EurekaxRenton and HollandxTalho banners* And because tayles' voice actor-recognising tendancies are rubbing off on me (after three years, it happens!) I went poking around ANN. I already knew some of these but...
- Holland is voiced by Keiji Fujiwara a.k.a. FMA's Hughes, Final Fantasy IV: Advent Children's Reno and Weiss Kreuz's Masafumi Takatori.
- Talho shares a voice actress with Full Metal Panic's Melissa, FMA's Riza Hawkeye, Last Exile's Delphine and PMK's Akesato.
- Eureka's voice actress was Kisa in Fruba.
- Stoner's voice actor was Raven in Kyou Kara Maou, Hiro in Gravitation and Havoc in FMA (so there’s a mini FMA military reunion going on, and yeah the character's name really is Stoner - he's a photographer).
- Hilda's voice actress was Hisoka in Yami and Claus in Last Exile.
- Dewey's voice actor (he's the bad guy in white btw) was Jajuka in Escaflowne and is Yuuri's dad in KKM.
- Anemone shares a voice with Ai from Loveless.
- But best of all SmilySpiky's Mamo is Moondoggie!
Plan for tonight is to do more writing and watch more Eureka 7 (just watch something happen to throw my plans off...) ^___^
