Tomorrow

So TOMORROW I get paid. That in itself is usually a good thing, enough to put an extra bounce in my step. But in theory, I'm also supposed to get paid for my last 16 hours of my UPMC contract work, which means extra money. This is all nice and good. Normally, I would throw most of it into savings, and keep a little extra for fun. But nooooooo. Not this time my friends. I plan (assuming it does in fact show up in my paycheck) on marching down to Pittsburgh Filmmakers and handing them a lovely check for my membership fee, and presto, I'll get my membership card. Now, I have prior engagements on Friday, so I won't be in right away. But your asses better believe that saturday I'll be dropping by there after picking up the negative sleeves I need, and developing the 4-5 rolls of film I have in my possession. Oh you best believe it. I may have more than that actually, I'm not positive. Plus I could always take more before then. Oh, and once I have the nice pretty negatives in my hands, I sure as hell will want to start making prints. For now, the rolls I have are mostly pictures of allegheny cemetary, probably some randomish shots of Lawrenceville and other miscellaneous stuff.

So yes, I'm very very very happy aboout this. I may have to make some reprints of some of my other older photos I have lying around too.

I know you all CARE so much, but it makes me happy. Very happy. So happy...I ummm....I'm gonna do something. I don't know what.

Also...I need to work on my portraiture, since it's the thing I REALLY hate. So I kind of suck at it. So I need semi-photogenic people to take pictures of, at least to start. Once I get use to them, I'll start taking pictures of the rest of you uggos. I mean...ummm...people with personalities...I mean. Hahaha. I'm wacky today.
