After returning from the Clinic and his chat with Dr. Wilson, Grissom comes back to the apartment with his jacket thrown around his shoulders.
When he opens the door, he sees Sara sitting on the couch with her laptop resting on her thighs, grinning at the screen and looking amused.
He watches her for a moment, and she probably knows he's standing there, but it doesn't concern him as the pain-induced grimace on his face lessens just a bit.
"Hey," he croaks out with a dry throat after a minute. "What's so funny?"
