So here's what I'm thinking. We buy the house. My house. As a group if necessary. Andrew, Garrett, Mandy, Christi and I move in upstairs. We rent out the downstairs. Eventually, Case and Moose are making enough money off investments that Moose doesn't need his Roadhouse job. We kick out the tenants and they move in to the big bedroom downstairs. Gabe becomes so important at his job that he demands to move back to Georgia and they say okay. Case moves Gabe and Becca into the room across the hall and Asher gets the corner bedroom (and the wall of roleplaying books). Leppy graduates college and we move him into the "guest room" upstairs. So it's not a real bedroom, it's better than a living room sofa (as in, it has a door). This leads to total awesomeness for a while. When couples decide to propagate (or in the case of Gabe and Becca, do so again) so we (who collectively have enough money to do so) buy the houses on either side of the big house. We move the inhabitants of the downstairs apartment into one house (presumably giving them more room) and Mandy and Christi into the other. OH, if Mary Brown decides to sell her house across the street (I imagine as her boys graduate college and begin to permanently settle down elsewhere it may begin to seem too big) then that would be the perfect house for Case/Moose and Gabe/Becca/Asher/etc because it actually has TWO master bedrooms, one of which is on the same floor as the two smaller bedrooms and one of which is separated by being upstairs (since I know Moose and Case aren't planning on having their own children for sometime). Now Andrew can move Matt and Kristin into the downstairs apartment, which will be kind of like Matt living in his basement. Now there is an endless supply of Roleplayingitude! And more roleplaying books than the Warren's Master has toes ;-) Plus tons of awesome cool people and everyone we could want to share sex and love and child rearing with all in one city block. It's a great place to raise children, too. I should know as I was raised there. Ahh, the glory. But we could start with the immediate awesomeness of Andrew, Garrett, Christi, Mandy and myself, with the future option of moving more friends into the downstairs apartment. Which is pretty cool all on it's own.
