So back at the guym... I'll start posting work outs again soon.
After a 6 week break I've come back with a vengence only to be defeated by half of what I could move when I left. (Ok not half... about 100lbs or so less)
Monday was a killer leg day (since no one was around to toss the swords around with)
I don't really even remember the routine but I was doing box squats...
Got to 295lbs for 2 sets of 4. (weak)
Yesterday (Tuesday) was a chest routine... that went like crap only moving 225lbs for 3 sets of 4 on the incline bench (BIG spots) Flat I tried 205 which felt better I managed to complete most of my sets with little to no spots (sad day when I can only move 205)
Went bowling, rolled shit scores... hate that sport sometimes... it's so off and on... I need lessons.
Just goes to show ya.. take too long of a break from something you suck at it fast. With that in mind I need to head out to Toronto to train with the AEMMA chapter there.
