well, just had all city track meet, did 100, okay, 12.5?. did 200, okay, 25.5. did 400, okay, 56.23?. did 4*400,,,,,,,,, very good!!!!! they whole team has been excited to see who would win the 4*400, the sprint A team, of the distance A team. well, my team won!!! yay!!! i ran a 55.4! tha's my PR! ya im happy, but very very sore!!!!
