Almost there
Alrighty, so the weekend is just about over. That means Brandi and Brianna, my two lovely girls, will be returning home tonight. I can't wait to see them, they've been gone far too long for me to be happy about. Just got off the phone with Brandi and the two seem to have had a good time visiting Brianna's great grandfather.
What have I been doing to pass the time away? Well, I've been working on a new website for a client that I recently obtained. The site is just about completed, I only have a few minor changes to make here and there for them. So far they seem quite impressed with the site. Little do they know it is my first fully XHTML 1.0 compliant site for a client but that should make it interesting. Good thing the language wasn't a specification for the site.
Had my parents over yesterday for a few hours. We watched Star Wars Episode 3 and Scooby Doo 2 on HBO on demand. They seemed to enjoy that as well. Kind of sucked going to bed on my own though. I ended up falling asleep on the couch because I missed Brandi so much. Just watched TV and passed out.
Right now, I'm listening to some streaming MP3s and waiting for Gnome 2.14.1 to compile so that I can start using Gnome again instead of KDE. No matter how many times I try to like using KDE, I just get tired of it. Suppose that's because I've always been a Gnome fan and Gnome tends to be much more lightly weight. Anyways, I'm going to go for now.
